Witte Promoted to Regional Property Manager

Lund Living is excited to congratulate Tristian Witte on her promotion to Regional Property Manager. Tristian will oversee a portion of the company’s Omaha multifamily portfolio. After an initial tenure with Lund Living from 2010 to 2015, she rejoined the team in 2019, serving in various capacities, including her most recent role as Portfolio Manager, before being promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2024. Tristian has vast experience in managing conventional properties, overseeing renovations, and excelling in both third-party and owner-managed property operations. Her leadership style is driven by a passion for team development and a commitment to continuing education, fostering growth and excellence within her teams.In 2014, Tristian earned a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA). She has been celebrated for her exceptional contributions to the industry, receiving the Apartment Association of Nebraska’s (AAN) Property Manager of the Year award twice, in 2014 and 2023, as part of the annual Stars of Excellence Awards. Additionally, she served on the AAN Board of Directors from 2016 to 2018.
