Professional Expertise

As a Regional Property Manager for Lund Living, Victoria (Vicki) manages a portion of the Company’s multifamily portfolio. Vicki joined the Company as a Property Manager in 2013, was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2019, and again promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2023. Vicki started in the multifamily industry in 2004 and has experience in third-party management, owner management, new acquisitions, tax credit, and conventional properties. She has a passion for mentoring and team building.

Professional Expertise

Vicki received both her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the Apartment Association of Nebraska. She won the Property Manager of the Year award through the AAN in 2013 and was again nominated for the same award in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021. She is a former member of the Company’s Hive helpdesk team.
