Team

With over 500 employees, Lund Living specializes in anticipating the needs of multi-family communities and our residents. We have a dedicated team of managers, leasing and maintenance specialists, human resources, support, accounting and marketing. Our experience includes overseeing operations and providing performance analysis and pricing recommendations for regional properties.

Lund Living invests in the training and development of our team. Members hold numerous certifications and designations from organizations including National Apartment Association (NAA). We’ve been recognized as Best Property Management Company of the Year for 17 consecutive years by B2B Magazine and Property Management Company of the Year nine times by the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).

COMMUNITY SERVICE / VTO

We believe volunteering not only helps our communities, but makes us happier, healthier workers too. Highly engaged employees result in your properties performing at a high level

Our team members enjoy volunteering their time and talent with nonprofit organizations throughout the greater Omaha community. As a company, one of the ways we do this by extending two days of Volunteer Time Off (“VTO”) to all eligible employees each year. Our team members use this paid time off to give back to our communities in ways that include building houses with Habitat for Humanity; volunteering at local food banks; helping out at Special Olympics events; being Big Brothers and Sisters and more.
