Lund Living is delighted to welcome Chelsea Kunzler to our team as Director of Residential Property Management.Chelsea is responsible for overseeing the physical operations and financial performance of Lund Living’s Des Moines portfolio. She manages quality control, client relations, staff training, budget oversight, and strategic planning to enhance property performance while maintaining strong owner relationships, conducting inspections, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring financial and operational goals are met. Chelsea joined Lund Living in 2025, bringing 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry across the Des Moines, St. Paul, and Minneapolis markets. She also has a background in commercial and hospitality property management. Chelsea served seven years in the U.S. Navy Reserves, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and operations management.
